Should I buy a breathable wedding dress bag or a waterproof one?
I need to get a bag for when my dress arrives and my wedding isnt until another 6 months. I will store it in the loft (its done up like a room so no mess or dirt its got carpet and its painted etc). I want to store it up here because its rarely used and less risk of someone damaging it.
But because of the windows it gets really hot up ther so does anyone know if its best to get a breathable bag or a waterproof?

I went with a breathable one, if you get a waterproof bag plan to have the dress cleaned before you wear it or before you store it. The reason why? It's a new dress with new fabric made in a place that isn't your home. Anytime you store fabric in watertight containers, whatever smells the fabric has are amplified. It may smell normal now but when you take it out in 6 months it won't smell right to you. If you get a breathable bag, it will air out. As long as it's not in an area where it will get wet, you should be fine to let the fabric breathe.
AFTER the wedding is when you want to seal it up in waterproof container.
